October 11, 2023 - You can see in the benchmarks above that the AMD Ryzen 3 7440U "Phoenix" APU sits comfortably ahead of all other quad-core chips in single-threaded benchmarks thanks to Zen 4's IPC uplift and clock speed improvements. Meanwhile, the Intel Raptor Lake and Alder Lake chips do lead in the multi-core segment which happens to do with the higher TDP and cache amounts but the 7440U at 28W is a seriously efficient chip. A desktop Zen 4 Quad-Core APU should end up being the fastest 4-core chip around but it remains to be seen if AMD will offer anything besides 8 core & 6 core APUs for AM5.

I want to change my notebook and I wanted to buy something with no dGPU so I was looking for and AMD laptop.
I wanted to know if there is any ryzen 5/ryzen 7 APU based on Zen4 and RDNA3 out yet. If not, there is some rumor about timing and performance?

I don't think there will be any any phoenix (Ryzen 7040) laptops without a dGPU available until late May/June (if not even later). It seems like Asus gaming models (with dGPU) with the Ryzen 7940HS will be the first phoenix models to launch in early May.

Needless to say, that's a potentially big jump in integrated graphics performance for desktops that use the new processors. There's also the Phoenix 2 APU, which has up to six cores (four of which are Zen 4c) and just four RDNA 3 CUs.
