I use this z-library.sk to download books a while. But today I found it is down.
Now I worried if it is a scam site just pretend to zlib, because when its down I found another 1lib.sk web is still work well. I used to use 1lib.sk, but later it often couldn't be opened in my area for a while, so I use z-library.sk
Neither of these two websites required me to pay for access to download books, so I used to think they were legitimate domains of zlib. I can find 1lib.sk on the wiki, but I can't find z-library.sk, which makes me start to doubt.
Should I be worried and change my password asap?
I’m confused is z-lib.sk is scam site or official site?

I'm baffled by the complete unhelpfulness to say the least on the comments in this post. To clarify, The site works, or has been working until recently, and as far as I remember, it was either recommended here or by the lib itself (otherwise I would have never used it). The lack of information IS odd. What the hell is wrong with you all that not only you not answer a question but shun it derisively altogether? I hope mods or someone come eventually and bring a bit of order and answers.... More on reddit.com

I have been using z-library.sk for as long as I remember. And I am asking specifically about z-library.sk, not z-library in general.
Note: I did check the wiki, and did not find z-library.sk - neither on the scam list nor on the real list, nor on SLUM.

Shortly after I registered on the site, I received an email with general information and another on being wary of scam sites. In both cases, the .sk site was included as one of the official domains. The email stated not to use z-lib[.]io or [.]id domains.

Should we not use it ? Every once in a while I download a book or article, thought the site was down (it was) and then I checked today and downloaded a book off of the .sk site. Should I be worried ??
