CRM: Zoho vs. Hubspot for job search and also marketing?
Long post, so there is a lot to unpack here, I'll do my best to answer these
-
I havent done enough work within hubspot to know the benefits there. My team uses Zoho with their linkedin to stay on top of our linkedin outreach. There is a plugin for linkedin Sales navigator in Zoho, but I havent used it enough to have an opinion.
In Zoho organizing tasks through contacts. accounts, and job postings would be fairly easy, I'm not sure of hubspots ability to do this -
Outlook email and calender yes. Gmail, yes. I use Gmail, and route it into my Zoho.
Im not sure about integration into office suite, since Zoho offers similar products. -
I am a heavy LinkedIn user and integration there would be SUPER helpful. When I make a LinkedIn contact, can it populate to Zoho automatically?
I think there are a few plugins on the market for this. Like a chrome extention that would send data from a LI profile to the Leads module. I didn't install it, since it doesn't work with our workflow. We had to build something custom to enrich LI data into our Leads in Zoho, so nothing is out of the box for that.
I also have access to LI Sales Navigator - do you know if there are additional benefits to this with Zoho? There is a LI Sales Navigator extension that works pretty well -
Zoho has Marketing Hub, which is a Email list/E-commerce/SMS/Funnel builder software. There is also Zoho Campaigns.

Sales IQ is used for this. It tracks when people who are in your CRM are on your website. There are a few things you can do with this, but its going to be some work to implement it

Zoho has a scripting language called Deluge. This is what I've used in the past to integrate into Patreon. Its not a perfect solution, but it does track all new patreon purchases.
You can also look at Zoho Subscriptions, which has a similar mechanism to Patreon
Not sure how helpful that is. I can always show you how we've implemented Zoho so you can trial out some of the features

I just use Zoho for CRM, but I must say I do enjoy their most recent update. Might consider migrating more of my business activity to it...
