Hello, We are extremely sorry if Zoho Mail and Zoho Calendar apps did not live up to your expectations in terms of the features and functions. Archive: When you archive emails in Zoho Mail, the email will be removed from the normal view but available in the same folder. It will not be available for the IMAP clients. In our homegrown apps, only the iOS version has the option to view the archived emails, we are working on making it available in the Android flavor too. We are also working on a 'Snooze' option which will remove the email from the view for a scheduled time. These emails will be available in the IMAP client also, unlike the Archived emails. That said, we assure you that we do want to force our users to use only our web client. We support POP/ IMAP and Active Sync protocols in all our paid plans to ensure that users have their freedom to choose and use the email clients of their choice. Customizing toolbar: The customize options for the toolbar to change the order of menus or to add/ edit options in the menu is one of the items in our future roadmap. Mobile swipe options: The mobile swipe has customizable actions in our iOS app already. We are currently working to support more quick actions using mobile swipe. This is expected to be rolled out in another 2 months. Reminders: In the case of reminders, you can currently configure 4 reminders in Zoho Calendar, but our Mail Mobile App does not support 4 reminders. We are working on the same and it will be available soon. In other client calendars, the reminders are based on the options available in the app. For example, the calendar in the iOS app provides 2 reminders, whereas the calendar in Mac supports 4 reminders. We are also working on a new enhanced version of the calendar, with added features and a sleek UI. This is currently in beta.
