I have the Pro Slim 7" which is what you have because I don't think there's a non-slim in 7". I might be wrong, maybe you have a discontinued model. Either way, neither Zwilling nor Wustoff are worth their price unless they're 50% off or more. Both brands stick to features and design cues that are decades out of date. The most striking example of which is their insistence on 3mm or thicker spines. These thick af spines were necessary back when stainless steels were a lot softer than they are today. Nowadays it just makes for a crappy knife that will wedge in carrots and other harder veggies. Even brands like Mercer do a better job by keeping their blades at a reasonable thickness for modern stainless steel. Get a Mercer if you're insisting on German styles.
