The Zygo is garbage. I had the first generation. Was waiting for the new one but customer service is terrible. A lot of money for something that is very unpredictable. I just bought something similar on Amazon and so much cheaper and better sound More on reddit.com

Anyone have any recommendations on swimming headphones? Some that you can maybe download your Spotify playlist to, like you would your Garmin? The zygo ones have bad reviews and are really expensive. Good question, I considered one of these but ruled it out as bone conduction headsets just dont cut it for me when it comes to sound quality. October 10, 2024Zygo finally got it together, about to test it out.
Ok so I finally got to use them. I have used the Finis swimp3 since about 2005 (that’s all I’ve owned). For those looking for sound quality- the swimp3 is WAY better. The Zygo is tinny at times and can be a bit static-y, but that’s no secret. I can deal with it because silence is worse. The podcast wasn’t nearly as bad, but the music is tolerable to me. If your expectations aren’t super high regarding sound it’s worth it. I would choose this over the swimp3 because of the streaming ability though. Also, I ordered this in July expecting it in August, so you probably will not get one fast and their communication with delays is spotty. I’m happy to answer any questions. More on reddit.com

Has anyone bought the new Zygo headphones? I keep waiting for them to be available, and the instructions are always to pre-order with delivery in May, then June, and now they are saying July. Has anyone actually received delivery of them yet?

I bought one in November. While it worked, it was wonderful. Enough that I ordered one for my wife which was suppose to come in April. Then mine stopped working (well within warranty) I sent it back and was told it couldn't be fixed and they had no more as were working on the new model which would come out soon. Soon never came. That was months ago. Now they say sometime in August. First it was April, then June, then July and now August. Customer service as been absolutely the worst.
