I'm kinda heartbroken, y'all. I'd found what I thought was the ideal Apple products MagSafe wireless charging station on Amazon. This one from Y-Team. It was very stable/sturdy and attractive, it charged my iPhone 14 Pro and AirPods Pros rapidly and reliably. Best of all, the phone charger detaches to become a portable battery when you need it. Similarly, the Apple Watch charger detaches from the back and can be plugged into any USB power source, which I was looking forward to trying out.
But, then, I bought a new Apple Watch 9 this week (my first smartwatch) and I found the weak-spot. The watch charger is (a). incredibly weak and slow charging, (b). 99% of the time stops charging the watch after a few minutes. It's painfully weak and the opposite of reliable. And, unfortunately, it's not just a lemon. After liking it so much, I'd ordered four of these charging stations to have around the house and at work. All of them have this same issue with the watch charger. And, I know it's not the watch because the watch charges quickly and reliably with the charger that Apple provides.
So, I'm seeking replacement suggestions for the magnetic charging station. I'm okay if the recommendation doesn't include a detachable battery pack for my phone. I can just get one of those separately.

Belkin 3-in-1 stand, just make sure to get 2nd Gen with faster watch charging. Not cheap but approve by Apple, works great. Not sure I’d buy many, tempted to get one for the office, but do you really need to charge the watch in all those places? A simple MagSafe puck can charge the phone and AirPods
