I found a great pair of Madden Girl boots from that website for about $30 less than any other place I looked. I read some mixed reviews though, some say they were horrible to deal with, wrong orders were received etc etc and some reviews saying everything worked out perfectly. I'm not sure if I should chance it or not.

I found some boots at Macy's but 6pm.com has them for way cheaper. But I am always wary of resellers. I've heard mixed review

Had a pretty bad experience with them. Sent me the wrong shoes. Wouldn't refund my card. Said they would send a prepaid box to ship them back. Never arrived. Kept being transferred around - I believe at the time (maybe still) their call centers were in India and it was impossible to get the issue escalated. Email proved useless. Ever since, I have avoided them completely. However, judging by the other reactions, seems my experience may be the exception?
