Would pausing after saying "sieben" and adding later "und zwanzig" make it clear?

Or "sieben und auch zwanzig"?

Or should you say it something like "siebte und zwanzigste"?

Maybe swap them "zwanzig und sieben"?

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I still can't wrap my head around this idea that you need to say the ones first and add the tens after. Also, adding the word "und" is not helping either. Maybe I'm just getting old :')
