Hello! I recently just got an Apple TV 4K sealed and unopened. When I tried turning it on, the set up process went along as usual, until i got to this screen. No matter what, even if i try setting it up manually or with a device, it gives me the error “Apple Activation Server is Temporarily Unavailable” This has been going on since yesterday, and I’m starting to get frustrated. Any help?

It sounds like you're not able to get a network connection to their servers for some reason. Any chance you have a PiHole or other custom DNS running on your network? If not, try: Taking your phone off of WiFi so it uses mobile data Turning your phone WiFi hotspot on Connecting your AppleTV to your phone's hotspot That should let your AppleTV piggyback off of your phone's mobile connection to connect to Apple's servers in case there's an issue with your home network.

Hi all,
Just trying to activate all the new benefits with the card refresh. No issues with Stubhub, IGH, etc. Tried to activate both Apple music and Apple TV, but when I input my email I'm just getting a message that states "There was an error. Please try again later". Any idea what that's about and what I should do (besides continuing to try again later?)

SOLVED: After four messages back and forth with customer service, restating that this was a problem on their end and that they needed to do something to refresh/update my visible benefits, they finally did today. I now have access to all the new benefits. "Thank you for contacting us about the benefits on your account and we apologize for the previous response. I synchronized your online profile and the benefits should now show up."
