Last weekend I sat down and built a little application that allows you to input any ingredients you have at home and tries to recommend a cocktail recipe you can make using them. It's called Thirsty Bot, and it generates both the drink and the steps to create it, and also optionally a photo to accompany your recipe.
I built it mostly to practice with React server components with Next.js, and also to learn a bit about integrating with some of the AI products out there. Every account gets some free credits to try it out!
I briefly wrote about it on my blog, but I'm working on a deeper-dive post for the end of the week. You can try it out at https://thirsty.bot! I put together a list of the ingredients that I like to use, but it's not exhaustive so feel free to recommend anything missing.
