@cedrxs I had THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. this is how i fixed it Hit WIN+R and type 'msinfo32' and check to see if 'Virtualization based security' is enabled/running. if its running, then hit the magnifying glass on the start menu and type 'turn windows features on or off' and in the list look for 'virtual machine platform' and 'windows hypervisor platform' and make sure they are unchecked and hit OK. also go to the magnifying glass in the start menu and type 'core isolation' and make sure memory integrity is OFF. then restart your system. these windows settings directly interfere with AWCC. Dell fusion service
Any of the Dell service programs are usually safe to remove and you'll probably find things run smoother without them. If you use the My Alienware app then you may need to keep Dell Fusion. Personally, I'd remove any of the extra Dell programs but that's your call. As for the *wonderful* Support Assist, go through your list of Programs in 'Uninstall a Program' and find anything that mentions it. There are usually 3 programs to remove before it's completely removed. More on reddit.com

I've had exactly the same problem on my Area 51m R1 since reinstalling Windows 11 24H2. VM and Hyper-V are not active, and core isolation is disabled. Does anyone have a solution yet? More on reddit.com

The same exact thing happened to me recently. All the Alienware software is totally broken even when I reinstall. Also for me when I open AWCC or do anything with AlienFX all the sound for the entire system breaks. Whoever created the recent updates did a horrible job. I can’t access fusion (overclocking) on my brand new Aurora R16. Overclocking is enabled in BIOS, and it shows OC1 and OC2 there. But i don’t have manual control via fusion or the ability to see what OC1 or OC2 profiles even do for overclock settings. How do I access fusion? I still have the thermal profiles and the RGB controls available.
Edit: CPU is a 14700kf
Edit 2: after contacting dell support I was told windows 11 Aurora R16 do not support the drivers for fusion

Hoping someone on here has some advice.
I recently had to reinstall Windows 11 on my A51m laptop because one of my Raid drives failed.
AWCC is installed with the latest version but the fusion tab is missing information. I have followed the instructions below in this link as per Dell support.

My core isolation is disabled and the windows feature of Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform are unchecked. For whatever reason Hyper-V isn't in the list of windows features on my pc.

So, I've posted here before with Alienware Command Center not really working. Ended up giving up and not being able to do anything. I installed the most recent version of Alienware Command Center and the FX and Power and Sound tabs work perfectly fine, and I can even install the OC Controls from the Microsoft Store and it'll say it's there. However, I've looked through the program files folder and there is no OCControls.Service.Exe for me to start or use. Thusly, my Thermal and Overclock tabs are just infinitely loading. I don't know where exactly to download this specific service because otherwise I just can't change my thermal profile and I REALLY don't like using the AlienFx fan control software. Just really frustrated because I've waited two separate updates to try and fix this issue I've been having since early January. If anyone could help me with this, please let me know.

Awcc has given me nothing but issues, even when trying not to use it but it being installed. Uninstalled it completely and everything works great now and actually does what I have it set to.
