This looks like a boot issue, i would first boot from a windows installer usb, you should be able to run a repair from that. if that still does not work, you may be able to install over top of your existing installation to get things going again. if this doesnt work, then your SSD might be borked. the good news is you can pick up a new one on the cheap, pop the bottom panel off and it should just be one screw securing it right above the battery. you may need to reinstall dell drivers if you do a reinstall, you can get them from their support page., dont forget your gpu drivers from AMD/NVIDIA site. i hope this helps. I try to turn on my Alienware aurora ryzen edition r14 and all that comes up is the Alienware loading screen. After that the monitor stops receiving signal from the PC. I am able to open the bios menu. What kind of problem is this?

If you can get to the BIOS screen try to reset to "Default Settings".

I would unplug power from the system and hold the power button for a number of seconds to make sure it drains the system completely of power. Then try booting. If it doesn't fix the issue, try booting to USB instead (disable secure boot, make sure USB is in the boot rotation, F12 at post to select boot device). If you can boot to USB then it may be an issue with the boot drive or the OS installation. If you can't boot to USB, I would try resetting BIOS to defaults and see if it makes a difference, if nothing else works, just in case there is a corrupted setting in the mix. If the BIOS itself is corrupted, you would have to boot to Windows and run the Alienware BIOS (downloaded) executable to overwrite it.

When attempting to power on my Alienware m15 r7 laptop, I press the power button, but there is no response from the laptop. I had this problem also. Try to turn it on with the power cable attached, and after it finish to boot, plug it out and let the laptop battery to run until you have less than 70%. When you do restart it. Im not sure why this is the solution but i read it here before and it worked for me

Not sure what Alienware you have, but my 17r3 had an issue like this and I removed the battery and held the power button down for a couple min and then put it back in and powered on without issue.

You say that you have a boot media for Windows 10 that was created by the Media Creation Tool.
In that case, doing a reset to the disk is simple: Boot with it and do the installation. When you arrive at the disk selection step, select the disk and quick-format it, so it becomes totally Unallocated.
Now select the disk and install Windows. It will allocate the required partitions and install itself.

Alright, so I finally got my pc to work and was able to format it.
As a side-note, whatever you do, don't turn your boot mode to legacy within the BIOS, because your pc won't be able to turn on anymore and you'll have to reset the bios manually by disassembling the pc and taking out the CMOS... I digress.
This answer is specifically for dell users as I said in the comments above, the factory reset can (and should) only be done using dell's utility software because they identify the computer's serial number and serve the software with windows genuine software key.
- Download the software via dell's support, I used the following link but make sure you find the right link, from the website relevant to where you made your purchase.
- Put it in an adequate USB
- Disconnect every "extra" hard drive or SSD or RAM you put yourself on the pc as they seem to interfere with the factory reset. (By opening your pc and removing the said components). Keep only the original stuff the computer came with.
- Restart your pc and press F12 or F2 to select the USB as a boot option.
- Make sure you have an internet connection as you need to "Factory Reset and download the updates" and not just "factory reset".
- Follow through the procedure
- When your pc is up and running install additional updates.
These are the steps that worked for me.

WOW. customer support that actually works!!! I did the disconnect and it worked with mine as well. my issue was that it would get the loading screen, offer to hit F2 or F12, but no matter what it would not respond. works fine now. i will do the virus scan, as well as the diagnostics as you suggested to another user, but wanted to thank you again.
