I just applied this morning and got a 30 day review notice. I called the automated status check and got two weeks. Could the reason for this review be that I used a new phone number and email address when I applied? I used to bank with Chase several years ago and my old number and email were on that account. Should I just go ahead and call retention and try to straighten this up? The only reason I applied is for the $250 bonus and if I have to wait 2 weeks it will be gone.
I have a checking account with Chase Bank. I also have an Amazon Visa credit card. The Amazon card is with JP Morgan Chase Bank.
The problem is I can't pay my monthly Amazon credit card payment online at all. When you try to link your checking account with your Amazon card on the Chase website/app, it doesn't even include Chase in the list. It has every bank except Chase (?) that doesn't make any sense to me at all 😕
I've been researching this credit card before applying because I'm very particular in choosing my cards. I like a card that allows you to check your balance via an app on your phone.
Is this feature allowed on the Chase Bank app even tho it's an Amazon Card ? Might be a silly question but I have to know in order to come to a conclusion.

Signed up for Amazon prime credit card very recently and Every time the Amazon site redirects me when I click things like make payment or check statement the chase site is telling me
“it looks like you used a different account or your Amazon account is hidden”
“Please make sure your chase username and password matches your Amazon rewards Visa card or unhide your Amazon account under profile and settings”
What does that mean? I’ve called chase customer service and they’ve hung up on me 3 times so I’m wondering is anyone else having this problem
