Are the weight and dimensions determined by weighing and measuring the product itself or the shipment-packaged product (weight and dimensions of product inside amazon box)?

I am so sad to see the original amazon fee estimator has been removed from add a product tool and replaced by revenue calculator. This new revenue calculator is absolutely useless and slows down my operations. The original one was perfect in every possible way. It doesn’t save the cost of the product. You will need to go to a different section to check that. And even then you can’t find your saved estimate because there are hundreds if not thousands of estimates there. The overall look of it is ugly and old too. I am having hard time understanding why Amazon would do something like this. Is this a permanent feature? Can I bring the old revenue calculator back?

Agreed, hate the update. It freezes and doesn't update after price is changed as well. Very frustrating

I'm using AMZ Scout and Seller App and these numbers don't match up at all. I also noticed on Seller App you have to combine the shipping and cost for the ROI to calculate correctly. Has anyone else been having these issues?
Anyway, what is the best app that provides accurate numbers?

Profit Cyclops, definitely. I used to use Seller App but then the data didn’t make sense. Now I use Profit Cyclops. Detailed info about your profits, very clear P&L report and, my favorite is their dashboard. I connected my Amazon and Walmart with them and have no problem whatsoever. Go give it a try, I’d say. IIRC they had a free trial for the first month or something like that
