December 22, 2022If I cancel my membership after 7 days of the free trial can I rejoin Luna at a later date?
They haven’t explained their position on this question. But other platforms like this have allowed you to cancel during the trial and if you want to restart later you can, you wouldn’t have to get back in line. If you only wanted the Ubi channel without the Luna channel you don’t have to add on the Luna channel, and vice versa. More on reddit.com

Hey guys,
I purchased two controllers from Amazon. One for me and one for my son. It is supposed to come with a free month of Luna+. The probpem is I do not see a code or anything to activate the free month. The only thing in the boxes is the controller, batteries, and instruction manual. I do not see a code on Amazon anywhere either. How does that work?
With Luna my son travels a lot for work. Can we both play together using one Amazon Prime account? If not to play can you just pay the $9.99 for Luna+ or do you have to have Luna+ and a Amazon Prime account? Sorry I am completely new to all this. I know absolutely nothing about it except your supposed to be able to play some good games on Android.

I recently bought the bundle. For me my Amazon Luna account was automatically upgraded no code or anything needed or provided.
