Hi! I'm American, my Amazon Prime is set to USA. But i'm in Canada a lot for family. I can't seem to use the Canadian Prime shipping methods in Canada. It seems all the products I buy from Amazon while in Canada are coming from the US because of my US account. Is there a way to change it to Canada in the settings?

I have several country specific amazon accounts since I travel a lot. You might want to consider creating a canadian amazon account specifically on their .ca website to make the shipping of physical products a smooth process based on what you described. Streaming can be done interchangeably between US and Canada as it is right now, but if that or other streaming services become an issue, there is a workaround using a VPN.

Prime works for the country you purchased it for. It doesn't work from other Prime regions, even if the item is going to that region. I've heard you can contact Amazon and request your membership be transferred, but this isn't something you can do on an order by order basis.

I’m in Canada and want to let my daughter use my Prime Video account on her Windows laptop.
I can log into primevideo.com on her laptop using my credentials, but that also signs her into amazon.ca with my account, giving her access to buy physical items. Not ideal!
There’s a PIN for Prime Video purchases, but nothing similar to block Amazon.ca purchases.
Amazon confirmed that sharing is allowed, but they had no solution to offer to help secure my account.
Anyone in Canada found a good workaround?
