Getting a return shipping label by mail
If I'm sent a return label by a seller on amazon, how do I print it?
Does this label mean Amazon sent me a previously returned item?
Why do some returns give you an option for "no box or label needed" at UPS and others require you to box the item and print your own label?

So I got this gaming keyboard and it was defective so I decided to return it. Now keep in mind I live in a small town so the only option I have is UPS drop off at a local store so I need a return mailing label.
The problem is I don't have a printer but it gave me the option to have one mailed to me for only $1 so I went for that because I figured it would be convenient but it said it would take 3-5 business days to get it mailed to me and it's been 6 business days (since I initiated the return last Saturday or Sunday) and I still didn't get the label in the mail.
I'm not in a massive rush to get it returned since I have till March 8 but I would like to get it over with. Has anyone else had an issue getting a label mailed via USPS?
UPDATE (Dec 26): So a few days after this post I did get the label mailed to me and I put it on there and I gave it to the store that takes returns for UPS to pick up. I got the refund credited to me today.
I see variations of question have been asked a million times on here, but I couldn’t find a post with this specific sticker. I’d like to know if this sticker means this item was previously returned then sent to me. Thanks for your help!
