A similar thing has just happened to me actually. My last 3 packages have all been delayed. This one was unique. I received multiple tracking updates of the item making its way across the country. It supposedly arrived in my city, then was delayed. The tracking number pulls up nothing. My credit card has no charge. I would have thought they’d just forgotten to ship it had I not had confirmations of it arriving at 3 intermediate facilities. Now, I have no idea what is going on. I got the same issue brother, called customer service, dude sent 5 minutes typing, then had the nerve to repeat the same thing the app said it should arrive 3 days later than the expected date, if not go back and request a refund. Hope yours arrives sooner.
