An angle grinder is far more versatile than a bench grinder imo. Its easier to manipulate to get into corners and tight areas than a bench grinder. A good bench vise will be needed to hold your work pieces. I’ve got two bench grinders with an array of buffing/grinding wheels and honestly can’t remember when the last I used them was.
