Spoke with an Apple customer service rep who said that an in-store purchase can be returned for up to 30 days with no issue and that every Apple Store would honor this.
I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro a couple weeks ago just to try out the smaller size before I decided which 17 Pro to order (been using the Max for years). I totally forgot that the phones are only available for pre-order at first though, so needed a little extra time on my current device. I’ll return it after I switch everything over from the new one.
Either way I’m fine because I have the recorded call confirming I’m good. Just curious about everyone else’s experience.
So I was given an Apple watch as a gift around Feb. 10th this year, am now looking to return it back to the store. It hasn't been used at all, I had just set it up initially the day I got it but not used since. I've read online that there is a 30-day return policy for apple products. But does anyone know if it will still be possible for me to return it? Or are they super strict with this policy.
The reason I took so long to return: Was out of the country shortly after getting it. Then didn't have the gift receipt, waited for my girl to get it to me
I just purchased an M2 and I am now 8 days outside of the 14-day return policy. I would like to possibly exchange it for the new M3, but I don’t think I can since I’m past the return period. Has anyone been able to get Apple to accept a return outside of their return policy window?
