Hey, very clueless as to Apple Support and the Repair Process in general... if anyone could explain to me what's normal / what isn't, I'd appreciate it.
A little while ago I sent my iPhone in for repairs and was told that it should be ready on last Saturday, and that I should get a text when it’s ready. I was also told that they would order a replacement product to give to me if the repair isn’t successful, but I wasn’t told it would be shipped directly to me.
On the mysupport.apple.com page, I can track the status of the repair and it says both “Your repair is completed. 08:10 AM” and “Your replacement product will be shipped to you soon.” Which it’s said since the 26th.
I am not sure if I am supposed to go to the Apple Store that I took it to and pick up my original phone (following the message of “Repair is Completed”), go to there like I originally was told to pick up the replacement and return the loaner XR, or wait at my house for it to be delivered directly to me, then go to the Apple Store and return the XR.
What am I supposed to do?
