My series 7 watch’s battery is 79% and I was considering upgrading to 11 only because my watch has a few minor scratches and stuff on it and since I was going to spend money on a battery replacement I might as well buy a new watch. But I saw some people say they replace your watch for a new but refurbished one for every battery replacement, just wanted to confirm if that’s still true, because then I’d have no reason to upgrade.
I asked this question already but got no responses, so I'm trying a different title and wording to see if I get a response.
My Series 6 watch has fallen below the 80% and I've paid for Apple Care+ all this time for this situation. Apple says I can start the process to get this taken care of, but I know it will mean replacing my watch with a refurbished watch.
Wondering how the quality is with a refurbished watch? I've taken really good care of my watch, it's working perfectly and the case is not scratched in any way. Can I expect a refurbished watch to be in as good condition? Will the battery be at 100%?
The new series 8 is retailing at $679 in my country (Australia). And I don’t think there is much improvement to the Watch as I won’t be using the cycle tracking temp sensor. On the Apple Store I can see they have a s7 45mm GPS for $499, is that good value? Do they come with ‘imperfections’ as they are refurbished? Also what is your experience with a Certified Refurbished Apple Watch?
Heya! So my watch 6 has being showing signs of deteriorating battery and has finally dropped below 79%. I wanted to go for an analogue to justify the costs but I use the health benefits a little too much.
I was also looking to upgrade my watch, I saw John Lewis selling a new watch 8 for £349 and an Apple refurbished one for £299. I don’t use the cellular feature at all so won’t bother. But am really confused which one to go for? Any advice is appreciated:)
