I hacked together a collection of AI's (clothing detection, segmentation, Stable Diffusion) to take away the need for drawing the mask yourself. Essentially the tool uses the inpainting model to generate new clothing based on a mask that (ideally) gets auto-generated by another AI. Many improvements to go, so feel free to share some feedback!
