There's a thread over on the coloradofans forum titled "Caps" that has several pages of pictures of different caps on the 2nd gen Colorado/Canyon. The predominant 2 are ARE and Leer. I went with the Leer 100XL and haven't regretted it.

I've only been to the Leer dealer so far, was told that Every topper leaks a bit. Was also told 12-15 week delivery. Price with a light, slider windows and carpeted interior was about $3500.

While you don’t want to purchase the cheapest cap out there, you want to make sure that you are getting the best value for your money. A quality truck cap isn’t cheap, but when you choose the right one, it’s worth the investment. SnugTop campers tend to come in a bit pricer than LEER caps.

It was cheaper than the Leer and had more features at that time. I got the full liner, a led light strip and the trim piece on both sides that hide the seam on this one. Still have it with no real issues.
