Apparently, Army has recently changed their licensing allocation for Army 365 users. Some users are being downgraded from the G5 license to the F5 license.
The biggest impacts to users downgraded to F5:
No access to Microsoft desktop apps (EXCEPT Teams and OneDrive). So MS Office and Outlook apps won't work
Document/email storage limited to 2GB
Users affected by this change were selected by "a data driven approach based on user activity". I had no idea this was happening but maybe it's being better broadcasted in other formations.
