I scammed them! They delivered a couch to me at like 9PM (yes, I waited all day, I’ll give you that) - I went out the next morning to go to work and noticed they left their dolly in my front yard. So I called them up and said “you left your dolly in my front yard” the person on the phone said they’d have the drivers call me back, I said “they don’t need to call me back, just pick up the dolly.” A few days later I went on vacation for a week, came home to the dolly still in my front yard. I will never shop there again after our dining room table nightmare. It was Covid, so we expected some delays but it took two years to get a table and six chairs delivered. The delivery guys dropped off a clearly-returned table that had scratches and dents all over it. They said no worries, just call and they’ll replace it. Two more times over the next year they showed up with a table in even worse condition and were confused when they unloaded it. I spent dozens of hours on the phone with them and many days off of work for failed deliveries or rescheduled on the day of. I refused to pay for the table until I got the undamaged one I ordered and they tried to send it to collections saying that it was replaced already. Years ago I purchased a sofa set and it's still in great condition. I prefer RC Willey to Ashley when it comes to bedroom and dining furniture. Also, RC Willey customer service is easier to deal with. If the price point is right and the furniture is what you like go for it.
