Question - Asus Prime X570-P USB-C issues | AnandTech Forums: Technology, Hardware, Software, and Deals
April 1, 2021 - Tough to say, according to the manual the second pcie x16 slot is actually hanging off of x570 chipset and is sharing bandwidth with all the other peripherals you may or may not have. That said, 200MB/s is way too low. It would be a PITA, but I would suggest you swap videocard and usb-c card slots to determine if it's the PCIE slot of the usb-c card itself that's the issue.

r/buildapc on Reddit: USB-C Adapter for NZXT H510i + Asus x570 Prime-P
April 1, 2020 -

I have the NZXT H510i case and Asus x570 Prime-P motherboard. Build already assembled and works great! But my front panel USB type-C is useless due to no header on MB. I get really confused by all the different USB gens/numbers, so I need someone to assist. Will this adapter work to convert?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P98M1G9/?coliid=I6D7P0HWLT4H8&colid=5ISP3EVX06AW&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

I believe I have one USB 3.2 Gen 1? header available on the MB.

What the board lacks In IO external or internal(USB type C ports, surround sound, fan expansion) can easily be expanded upon with you're PCI options. The board does support Crossfire and will accommodate two video cards, however that seems like a less popular practice than its ever been.
