Last week I reached out to customer support before purchasing a wall charger, as I wanted to confirm it came with a cable before purchasing. I referenced the product by both SKU and product page. The rep confirmed for me that it does include the charger, so I purchased it. It did not arrive with a cable. A subsequent call with Belkin customer service resulted in an offer for a 10% discount for a subsequent cable purchase... a 6.6" usb-c cable runs $19.94 after tax, so this would have saved me a whopping $1.99. Am disappointed with both the misinformation from the first rep, and well as with the follow up.

It sounds like there was some confusion on whether it was the bundle version, and the rep screwed it up. The product page you linked doesn't have a usb-c cable picture in the listing images, it doesn't say anywhere on the page that it includes a usb-c cable, and none of the reviews seem to say it included one. What you actually wanted was this: https://www.belkin.com/dual-usb-c-gan-wall-charger-with-pps-65w-usb-c-to-usb-c-cable/WCH013dq2MWH-B6.html I do think since Belkin screwed up, they should give you something, but the likely path there is just returning the incorrect bundle and buying the right one.
