I'm sure someone has made one of these, but I can't recall ever seeing one if so, I'm sure none were ever used this way I needed to clean the inside of a formed beam but no grinder would fit except for little rt angle pneumatic die grinders but those things take forever to do much. So I made a 3inch long extension to fit the 5/8-11 thread on angle grinders out of a length of 1" round bar.

I never measured the difference until now but I managed to gain 0.238" in reach compared to the original supplied drive washer. It may not seem like much but it made all the world of difference to the flap sanders since with this the grinder's shaft sits well below the flaps for final polishing.
