Honestly, I was copying the links from YouTube that has always album cover and put it in YouTube to MP3 for downloading. However, most of them cannot be downloaded.

youtube-dl is not an ideal music metadata scraper. You are going to need extra tools for that, and what you can use or be recommended will depend on what your OS is. I run a semi-scripted workflow on Windows that utilizes a tool called 'Metatogger' (scrapes with MusicBrainz and Acoustid), 'Album Art Downloader' (artwork downloader), and FFmpeg ImageMagik to resize art down to 1000x1000.
