Napoleon's use galvanized steel so they're less prone to rust. I love near the ocean so I've had multiple Weber rust out on me at the base. I also have a Napoleon and they've done much better. Also, if you can get an IR sear burner it's worth it. Much better than the sizzle zone on Webers. More on reddit.com

Well, I can tell you this as someone that has gone way down this path… I have a Napoleon gas grill. I love it. I then decided I wanted a smoker so I bought a traeger 885 and really enjoyed cooking with it. That lead to roughly 442,000,000 debates with friends regarding what the best tool for smoking was. So I decided to settle this once and for all, and purchased a large green egg and a Weber Smokey mountain. Here’s my subjective opinion, hope it helps. If you want easy and good, go traegar. If you want some effort but great taste, go green egg. If you want effort but amazing taste, go Weber. The traegar is set and forget. Taste is good but it’s more like a hint of smoke flavor. Green egg is great but the ceramic enclosure influences the flavor. Maybe after multiple uses, it wears off but it’s there. Not hard to use but takes some time to get the unit to the right temp to smoke. The Weber is inexpensive and takes a bit of time to get prepped but the taste is outstanding. Worth the time, every time. It’s what I use when I want to kick back and just relax while smelling the meat smoking. Based on what you wrote, traegar is your best bet. I can set the temp and control everything by my phone app. It’s good and hard to screw up. More on reddit.com

One thing our test data highlights is how quickly a grill can cook on its own medium or high setting. That doesn't mean each grill is set to the same preheated temperature. It simply means we turned the knobs to what each grill indicated was medium heat.

I'm getting a natural gas hookup installed and I'm ready for a new grill. I'm upgrading from a horrible grill that rusted out in 3 years, so I'm looking for something decent.
I like to do a lot of meal prep on my grill, so I think a 4 burner model will be ideal.

Now, the Rogue seems like everything I need. The side burner seems like a plus since I do sous-vide a fair bit and having an ultra-hot sear-station seems like a nice benefit. However, I'm not sure if the 9000 BTU side burner is limiting. Going for the stainless model for $150 more gives me stainless grids. Not sure if that's worthwhile.
Going up to the Prestige 500, I lose the side burner, but gain better build quality and stainless grids.
The 500 RSIB gives it all, but it's $475 more than the nearly equivalent Rogue XT. It does have a bigger (more powerful?) side burner though and a rotisserie.
The Phantom Prestige just looks super sweet with those cast stainless grills. But it is not an insignificant increase in price.
My brain is telling me the Rogue XT is all I need. The 500 RSIB seems like possibly a worthwhile upgrade, but I'm not really sure if I'd ever use the rotisserie. And the Phantom would just be a flex. A great grill, but I'm not sure if I can justify such a large increase in price.
Any thoughts?
In those price ranges, should I be looking at anything from Broil King or Webber?

Okay, I think I've made my decision. Prestige 500 RSIB Ambiance Special Edition ($1874): https://bbqing.com/products/napoleon-prestige-500-rsib-amb-bbq?variant=20035658711102 Seems like the most hassle free long term option of the bunch. The Phantom is tempting, but hearing the exterior and the grates are very difficult to clean knocks it down and I'm not sure it's worth the extra money.
