Most people would advise you to get a nice pair of headphones, and then a separate mic. The sound quality on "gaming headsets" are usually poor, and a cheap omnidirectional mic would probably be a lot better for your particular situation. Try the Olympus ME-52W. Good luck!
Also, I think closed headphones would be the better choice over open ones, for passive sound isolation, since you do have a lot of background noise.
I'm not sure what your budget is, but the Audiotechnica ATH-M50 are a really nice pair. Prices fluctuate between $100-$150, but I've seen it dip below a hundred, and that's a real good deal.

I'd stay far, far away from wireless anyways due to issues like lossy audio codecs (Windows doesn't even support AptX as just one example), lag, dropouts, dead batteries in the middle of your broadcast, etc. To get a closed headset with good isolation that's explicitly designed for noisy environments you'll need to look at real-deal commercial broadcast headsets with a dynamic microphone element like the Audio-Techncia BPHS1/BPHS2, Sennheiser HMD 280/26/27, or Shure BRH440M/BRH50M. Keep in mind you'll also need an audio interface like the Behringer UMC202HD/UMC204HD to run these. Headsets in the class also come with cable options, so make sure to get the cable that has both a 1/4" and 3-pin XLR connectors on it. More on reddit.com

Noise-cancelling usually doesn't really help if someone is loud since they usually cancel low or high frequencies so you can hear others around you. I would rather recommend getting an IEM (they usually come with microphone) with memory foam tips
