I haven't had any issues with wireless Android Auto yet, but I have an imminent issue in that Google Podcasts is hitting end of life later this quarter. Do y'all have any good recommendations for AA-compatible podcast apps?
Currently I only subscribe to Spotify premium, though it doesn't look like the AA version of Spotify's app has a great distinction between audio and podcasts, so I'm on the hunt for something different (and ideally, free).

Youtube can never advertise this without being sued, but phone-launched youtube works unexpectedly well with Android Auto: all audio plays well over the car speakers, it pauses when Navigation directions are spoken and auto resumes afterwards, and premium subscribers get big play buttons that are easy to use in a car.

Hi! I'm looking for a podcast app that is able to sync with Android Auto. Google podcasts for example always starts with the same podcast even if it was completely played before. This is really annoying.
Also most other apps do not remove played episodes from the playlist if they are played on Android Auto.
Please help me ;-)
