Like a silicone reborn doll? Those don't have brands. Anything that has a brand name or is mass produced is likely either a scam or an illegal copy. Real ones are hand made and incredibly expensive. Like several thousand dollars. If you do want that, try reborns.com there's a lot of artists on there that sell their work. More on reddit.com

I collect reborn dolls, and my advice is to ALWAYS ask for a safety picture. That's a photo of the doll with the date, the kit name, and the seller/user/ or real name next to the doll. It should be handwritten, and the paper should be wrinkled. I buy mine on Etsy, Mercari, and Ebay. I have a set of full body silicone twin boys, however, mine are sleepers. I wouldn't recommend a silicone baby doll, least of all for someone so young. They need to be coated in cornstarch or else the silicone gets sticky and attracts dust and lint, they need to be bathed and re-powdered regularly if they're being handled often, and they're very expensive. Plus, if she puts stress on a spot like under the arms when playing or changing clothes, it can cause micro-tears in the silicone that can get worse over time. You could even cause an entire appendage to rip off (and since the doll is silicone, you can't reattach it like you can with vinyl dolls) I suggest a Berenguer doll from JC Toys. They have all-vinyl ones (and 20 inch cloth-bodied ones that would be extra snuggly!) all for reasonable prices. Adora also has their ToddlerTime line, and Paradise Galleries have dolls for both kids and collectors. Maybe sit down at the computer or on a tablet with her and pull up some of these sites and look through the dolls, see if any catch her eye (though I'd look through the site first, just to make sure you know where the dolls in your budget are located) Don't just get something cheap from Amazon or Aliexpress, a lot of those dolls use stolen parts from actual reborn doll kits, use stolen pictures from reborn collectors or painters and the product you're sent looks nothing like it, or are made with unsafe materials that are known to off-gas fumes that I'm sure you wouldn't want your little one breathing in.

If it's the small ones you mean, then a couple of zuru's "My mini baby" capsules might be enough. If you want real size babies... yeah, no clue. I do know they're expensive.
