My S650 is getting warranty swapped for not only connection issues (dropped calls, rebooting, crap range, and others), but also for ANC issues and my left stereo cup stopped working.
I called Support for them and found out that the connection issues are a widespread problem and until a firmware update is released, they’re giving out free 450-XT models. I’m also eligible with my warranty as well.

Hey reddit, is anyone else having issues with their blue parrot headset after updating the firmware to 1.19?
Ever since I downloaded the new firmware from 1.16 to 1.19 my headset shuts off after 2 minutes.
Tried a different device as well as their updater for PC but I can't revert back to 1.16 without the files for 1.16 and can't seem to find it anywhere online.

I might have a similar issue. I bought my 1st BP just about a month ago. So, I have not updated the firmware, but it could have already come with the updated firmware. (?) Anyway, yes it will disconnect my phone calls at random times, right in the middle of conversation. I need to call tech support about it, but haven't had a chance.

I didn't know updating a headset was a thing. I've had a B250-XTS for almost 2 years now and maybe once every 6 months I have to reset it by holding the power button for like 10-15 seconds. Otherwise no issues.
