What’s the difference between the X Series and the Zentro?
X series fire pit is a free standing backyard smokeless fire pit that has the ability to be used on its own OR dropped into a brick surround if you so choose with the addition of an insert ring. Zentro fire pits can ONLY be inserted into a brick surround, they are not designed to be free standing. Personally if I was going to drop a fire pit into a brick surround I would go with an all stainless zentro. https://breeo.co/pages/zentro.
Both fire pits function the same when it comes to the smokeless.

Some questions about Zentro before I buy
Do I really need the insert ring?
I’m currently in the process of building out a patio and the plan is to include a fire pit with a Breeo insert. When looking at options, it seems like the X Series pit can be inserted into the stone facade. My contractor recommended a Zentro as he can get one at a discount. They seem to be very similar but I can’t find a comparison. Does anyone know what the difference is?

If you won't ever need to have a free-standing fire pit (x-series) I think I'd go with a discounted Zentro. For your purposes you'll never know the difference.
