Upon registration, Microsoft gives you instructions to modify DNS settings on Google. It's pretty easy even for non-IT people. From there on out it just worked, I get/use my email through Outlook on my PC and phone, or via the web Outlook app from any different computer. I created one in zoho but found out that it doesn't work with many tools and the deliverability isn't the best. And if I delete my zoho account will I be able to create one in Microsoft with the same domain? (my domain is from namecheap if it helps)

You're right, email deliverability is key! Microsoft 365 Business Basic, which lets you use your custom domain, starts around $6/user/month. Deleting your Zoho account shouldn't impact using the same domain with Microsoft. Check Namecheap's DNS settings – you'll need to update them to point to Microsoft. Good luck!

I recommend you set up mostly Google Workspace email accounts as they have the best deliverability (don’t use resellers). then connect your email accounts to a cold email sending tool that has inbox rotation like Lemlist or Emailchaser so volume is spread between multiple email accounts.
