I'm an American living in Spain for the entire school year. Capital One detected fraud on my account but I need to call them. They have deactivated my card and will send a new one but I cannot enter a European address. There is nowhere to select a country. Also, my phone plan is with Orange in Spain and Verizon in America. I was on my families phone plan and as far as I know they didn't take me off.

I did not port my American phone number to Google Voice before I came. I just tried to do it and I couldn't. I've tried calling so many "international capital one" numbers and nothing. I've tried dialing 00 for an international operator. Nothing. I cannot find a way to contact Capital One.

I have a lot of traveling coming up. I need my credit card. I have no idea what I'll do.

The language disconnect when I talk to most people with their customer service has become challenging.

Any way to get to an American person to make this easier?

I had a problem with my quicksilver and I needed to call about three times, they were able to solve my problem but it was a little complicated because all the people were Asian with a very thick accent, I remember when I used to call c1 and always have someone from the US I guess that's a thing of the past now.
