It depends when you’re calling as well they don’t work the same hours as the stores. The number you want is the KMX customer relations number. However, you do need to realize how customer relations works, they do not make any decisions. When you call a ticket gets opened and then the store management team is tasked with handling it as that’s what they get paid to do. Calling “corporate” really isn’t a tactic with kmx just because they don’t and can’t over turn a stores decisions on things. The analyst aren’t that verse in the store polices and procedures and aren’t required to because of all the calls they have the field it’s impossible to resolve them all. More on reddit.com
