Veteran anchors Rob Elgas and Ravi Baichwal have been promoted to anchor ABC7 Chicago’s top-rated afternoon and evening newscasts. Elgas has been tapped to join Cheryl Burton on the station’s 10 p.m. newscast. He will continue to co-anchor the 4 p.m. newscast with Judy Hsu and the 7 p.m.
