ChatGPT has different usage limits depending on the model—such as GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, GPT-3.5, and now also Deep Research (limited to 10 per month).
Is there any official source, like account settings or a dashboard, where I can check my remaining usage for these limited resources?
I'm on Plus level.

Unfortunately, there’s no dedicated dashboard that shows exact usage limits in real-time (at least not yet). Right now, the best way to track it is by keeping count manually or waiting for the system message that says you’ve hit the limit.

I’m going to request the same thing, a tracker would be extremely beneficial! In the mean time I just ask chatGPT at what capacity the chat is currently at (it will provide a rough estimate). Just be mindful that different models have different limits…
