Had the same issue. In Files app, enable show internal storage and navigate to chrome folder. You will find your files in there.

So i am using the download tab to download a page using chrome on android.
Then i save those files in telegram because that is how i manage to keep order of my files and access them everywhere.
The issue is that i cannot find an app that opens the archive once i click it in telegram! And it seems to be the dame using the file maanger going directly to my downloaded folder.
Is there any solution? I find it infurating i take the time to download pages i like but there is simply no way to open said file afterwards? Whats the purpose of the download button then?
When I go to settings to change my download location, Chrome only gives me the option of internal storage or SD, and when I set it to SD, the folder it creates doesn't seem to be indexed by any of the file mangers I've tried.
I have to go into Chrome's download interface and manually move them to SDcard/download from Chrome's default SDcard/Android/data/com.android.chrome/files/download or I can search from a file manager to find the files, or I can manually navigate 5 folders deep to find the files.
Is there a way to make my file manager(s) see that folder as a download folder? Is there a way to change Chrome's download path with the flag to do so seemingly removed? Is there a way to add other folders to what Files by Google considers a valid "download" location?
Because of corporate neutering, Samsung doesn't allow extended storage on the SD card (because if you can solve your space issues with an SD card, they can't sell you a 64gb phone for more than a 32gb phone)
I am on a Samsung A21 running Android 10, (Family Mobile/Tracphone), not rooted yet, Google Files and Google Chrome are updated. SD card permission is enabled on the file manager.
