The old SYW login page now prompts cardholders to go to citithankyoucard.com to manage your account.

At the time of writing it appears that the IT side of things isn't completed and people are getting errors trying to log in and re-registering using your card number / resetting the password. Once the IT stuff is sorted out and we can log in I'll update the post with more info.

Note that ShopYourWay will be launching a new Visa card with a very similar structure to the old card. For info and discussion of the new ShopYourWay Visa card, please refer to this thread.

Edit 1: Login now working (same username and password as before). If you have problems, try clearing cookies/cache or using another browser.

I see no info about rewards earning structure, and nothing on the offers tab. I called and spoke with a Citi representative, who said that the previously activated offers will continue. However, they also said that as for earning rewards (e.g. 5x on gas, 3x groceries, etc.), right now the rewards structure is not yet determined, and that the card will only earn 1x per dollar - nothing more. I'm assuming this to be inaccurate, because I believe we would have to have been given notice if this were the case. You may want to put off any big grocery/dining spend though until this has been clarified.

On the desktop account page, under the "I Want To..." menu in the upper right, there's now a link for "View your Citi ThankYou MasterCard Rewards". Currently mine shows nothing.

Edit 2: The shopyourway.com/teaser website for their new upcoming card shows a comparison (screenshot) with other cards, including the Citi ThankYou Mastercard. That comparison shows the reward structure of the Citi ThankYou card as maintaining the same rewards structure (with some additions): 5% on gas, 3% on groceries and dining, 2% on department stores and drugstores. While it's unofficial, I think it's safe to say that the SYW people probably had more info about the future of the old SYW card with Citi than has been publicly disclosed by Citi at this point, and this also happens to match the rewards structure of the Citi ThankYou Mastercard for Core Cardmembers found in Citi terms and conditions documents discussed in this thread by u/Rave-Unicorn-Votive.

Edit 3: Rewards structure of 5x gas, 3x groceries/dining, 2x department/drug stores confirmed by a CS agent u/bydh spoke with (link to comment below).
