There were a lot of changes to the tax code this year. I finished mine early February and didn't see the refund until mid-March. Probably just super backlogged. Yours looks like the refund was issued. Did you have it direct deposited or a paper check? More on reddit.com

I had to call because it was about to be 6 weeks for me. After waiting on hold for almost an hour he basically said that this year they are pretty much just waiting until you’ve reached your 30 days and then after that it takes 7 to 10 days for them to either direct deposit or mail the check. I know some people with smaller returns got them pretty quick but I think if it’s a bigger return, it definitely is taking the 30 days and then some for them to mail or direct deposit. Hey yall, hopefully yall can shed some light on this. I finished my taxes and submitted I wanna say the last weekend of February. Today is April 29th and I still have not received my Colorado refund. (Number to refunded is $741) and I could really really use this money for upcoming vet bill.
I have checked the status for WEEKS everyday using the official Colorado refund tool. The last update is the attached screenshot.
Idk what “was redeemed” means here. I am new to Colorado. Does it truly take this long??? Also, I called my bank and they said “we got nothing.”
I triple checked my account/routing numbers and they are good. What’s going on? Anyone else having this issue?

I file my taxes using TurboTax, and have never run into this issue? Last year, I moved to Denver from Los Angeles for school, and every tax year before then, I got both refunds, federal and state, via direct deposit, as is my preference. However, although I already received my federal refund (via direct deposit), my CO state refund says it’s going to instead mail a check. Has anyone else experienced this? I was relying on that refund to pay bills, now I have to wait another month possibly???

Mine was received on 2/19 and got finally reviewed on 4/4….we will see if that check is sent out soon. This is the longest I have ever waited.
