So generally speaking, you can compare two images by a score, it's called Image Quality Assessment and is possible without ml. Whether you can use this for your project is questionable, you would have to extract every single frame from both videos (which already takes a lot of time and disk space) and then compare the frames or their quality score with each other. To do this, both videos would have to be perfectly synchronized, which will most likely fail. More on reddit.com

You can compare files from the explorer either from the working files section or the folder section. You can also trigger the global compare action from the command palette.

- Select two using SHIFT
