I have tried different devices, browsers, privacy mode etc....
Everytime I try to login to Sign in - CompTIA Marketplace it says login has failed. I have reset my password countless times and emailed support but nothing is working at all.
I'm very confused.
In the process of purchasing an exam voucher, it seems I have managed to create two accounts: a "Registered User" account and what appears to be a completely separate account on the store page.
Is this normal with CompTIA? I don't think I've ever seen anything like this on other websites.
After buying a voucher I didn’t receive it by email and can’t login to the store website
