Ar120 have argb conversion cable(1:1 in single package, 1 : 3 in triple package), so you can use argb header. But that cable don’t have daisychain connections. So if u buy all single packages, you need 5 argb header. So you need argb hub. And for pwm, it is same.
If u are ok to use icue, just buy commander core xt.

You can use whatever software the motherboard uses or third party.

Are the AR120 and AF120s on the same settings? Is the curve you are using a default curve or a custom curve? If custom, what is the sensor tied to that curve?

Don't use mobo fan headers unless really necessary lol, yes the AR120s are PWM

I myself am also running 3x AR120s and 3x AF120s on the commander core and I have not encountered any issues on them regarding speed.

Hi all,
looking to upgrade my fans and have come across these.
They tick all my boxes needed however, I'm unsure if they are compatible with my motherboard.
I currently have a MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX in a Lian Li O11 case so i need 9 fans in total.
I guess i have 2 questions.. are these fans compatible with my motherboard and if so can i fit 9 of them on my motherboard

Currently I have Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE RGB Liquid CPU Cooler with stock fans which are not in RGB (yes I know, don't shoot me).
As I like pretty colours, I was thinkin about replacing the fans with Corsair iCUE AR120 Digital RGB PWM Fan (link here).
But do you reckon they are good enough for my radiator fans?

Best to get a commander core xt along with your 5 fans and connect the fans to that instead. That way you get speed control for the fans in icue as well.
