TL;DR: Ordered Tisdale. Costco tracking webpage sucks. Delivery experience was very very good (lucky me).

To preface, We have been looking for a sofa/sectional for the past 2 months and we really wanted to get from Costco for best bang for the buck sort of thing. Our budget was 2k but were hoping to get it done within 1.5k. There were many that we liked and Tisdale was the one we really wanted to get. The dark grey went used to come in stock and go away pretty frequently and even when it came in stock it was 'undeliverable' for our location..mostly available to Northwest USA (per customer care). We caught a break with a new Costco listing Beige one at $1700 (Dark Grey was $1400) and I posted my product info owner experience request earlier : https://www.reddit.com/r/Costco/comments/rlwdgf/any_insights_on_new_tisdale_listing_it_is_beige/. Now, I have to keep track of the price for next 30 days in case I see a sale :)
We decided to go with it even though listing has 0 reviews at that time and customer care was not sure if it was same vendor etc...Ordered on December 20. Received today. I have been using this webpage to track : https://logistics.costco.com/tracking but I realized it is a useless webpage for customers since it is not updated. It still shows 'In Transit'. So, I had my doubts when I received a call confirming my presence to accept delivery two days ago. Last night I received the time slot the delivery team was going to come. Today the driver called me 10 minutes before arrival to confirm again and I received an email with tracking map of the truck. Map does not update but the delivery folks arrived. I must say it was probably my lucky day. They were very good. I knew the sofa was not going to fit in our door with the boxes itself. So, they unpacked everything outside garage and brought them in and assembled and took the packaging away. They were speaking a different language so I was not able make a connection (ask if they wanted water/snacks etc..) The took a final picture and left (No delivery confirmation signature). Received an email about delivery confirmation with the picture they took. The delivery folks are XPO logistics I believe (company who called me to confirm date)
The sofa itself was not really Beige (More grey than beige, so we loved it...since it is not too dark as dark grey model and not beige) The cushions are very firm and good. Time will tell how it will end up. We loved it so far. Need to figure out how to not make the pieces slide on hardwood floor.

Update: 1/1: All back cushions have a zipper to take cushion out and refluff it and put it back. I did not know that till today
