How was the delivery and installation?
Did the installers really know what they’re doing, or is it like Home Depot where they outsource to the lowest bidder who doesn’t even speak the same language and damages your floor and wall?
Did you have any issues with the washer or dryer after delivery? How was Costco at resolving your problem?
Costco has a great deal on buying both a washer and dryer. It’s quite a bit less than buying from my local appliance stores. I am wondering what’s the catch? Are they inferior Costco only models and is the service policy decent? I am specifically looking at the LG washer and dryer since it was recommended by the wire cutter.

I bought a LG washer from Costco last year. No issues at all with delivery, installation, and haul away of my old unit.

Personally I like the super simple Whirlpool machines from Costco. They aren't fully analog but the "computer" is very basic. I got the dryer last year and had to take it apart due to my basement stairs being narrow (only 24 inches wide). I was really impressed by the construction inside. It's incredibly basic but there's very little to go wrong.
